MIL Electronics Inc. warrants each product manufactured by them to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our liability under this warranty is limited to services and adjusting and replacing any product returned to the factory from the original purchaser, which must be accompanied by return authorization code to be obtained from MIL Electronics Inc., within ninety days after delivery, providing that the product on our examination shall be found defective, unless caused by misuse or abnormal conditions.

In no case shall our liability exceed the original purchase price and MIL Electronics Inc. shall not be liable for consequential damages.

Transportation charges to the factory shall be prepaid by the customer.

MIL Electronics Inc., reserves the right to make any changes in design and specifications or to make and remove various models from its product line without imposing any obligation on itself to make similar changes in its products previously manufactured.
