The Series 3 converters are frequently used where a high voltage output is required that can withstand such rigors as rocket launching. It is also used in a verity of applications such as instrumentation and apparatus where shielding and regulation is important. It metal enclosure makes this unit exhibit very low EMI which minimizes interference with other sensitive equipment.
